Cancellation policy
MYKITCO does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring purchases, or try-before-you-buy arrangements. Standard one-off orders are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Where pre-order or deposit-based purchase options are made available for specific product launches, the following terms apply:
- Cancelling a pre-order: You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item is dispatched by emailing customerservices@mykitco.uk with your order number. Any payment taken will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Once dispatched: For hygiene and safety reasons, MYKITCO tools, brushes, and cosmetic products are treated as sealed goods. In line with regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, items that have been unsealed after delivery are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- Your statutory rights: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the 14-day right to cancel unopened goods from the date of delivery.
