RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We hope you love your MYKITCO order, but if something isn’t quite right, please read our returns policy carefully before getting in touch.
RETURNS
Our returns window is 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns outside of this period.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused
In original condition
In original packaging
Approved in advance by our Customer Service team
Non-returnable items include:
Makeup brushes (for hygiene reasons)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Gift cards
Sale items
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please email our team at customerservices@mykitco.uk with:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photo of the item (if applicable)
A member of our team will confirm if your return has been approved and provide next steps. All returns must be logged with us before being sent.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
We do not refund:
Original or return shipping costs
Orders returned without prior approval
Parcels lost in transit without tracking
EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
If approved, you’ll be asked to return the item and we’ll send a replacement of the same item where possible.
GIFT RETURNS
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received and approved.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser and later given to you, we’ll issue the refund to the original buyer.

All returns must be sent using a trackable service
We cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked returns
REFUSAL OF IMPORT FEES AND/OR TAXES
Import fees and/or taxation is the sole responsibility of the customer and is charged at the destination's duty and tax rates. Failure to make payment will result in the return or destruction of goods at the customers expense. If the goods are returned, a refund will only be issued less the initial shipping fees - regardless of whether the order qualified for free shipping - and any return shipping fees and re-importation fees charged by the shipping company.
