UK Express orders will be sent from our kit to yours via 'Royal Mail 24'. Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will typically be delivered in 1-2 working day on this service. Please note this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service. During busy / sale periods, this may not always be achievable.
UK Standard orders will be sent from our kit to yours via 'Royal Mail 48'. Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will typically be delivered in 2-4 working days on this service.

Tracked: Our recommended shipping option. Tracking number provided. Provide your email address and mobile number to have updates direct from Royal Mail. No proof of delivery, selected at customers risk. For this option we strongly advise adding a note in the section provided for a "safe place" of your choice for your delivery agent. Royal Mail may leave the parcel in a 'safe place' without prior agreement and by placing an order with us on this service you are agreeing to these terms.
Tracked and Signed: Our premium shipping option provided by DHL courier. Tracking number provided. Provide your email address and mobile number to have updates direct from DHL. Your parcel will have proof of delivery with recipients signature. This may be affected by the current COVID-19 circumstances as not all courier companies are collecting signatures. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to have understood these terms and conditions.
International orders weighing under 2.5kg will be sent via 'Royal Mail International' and have tracked and signed options made available to countries where these services are provided

* Whilst some orders have the option to be delivered via a first class/standard shipping service, please note that we would always advise to select the Tracked Option (where available). For parcels sent via a non-tracked service, we are sadly unable to offer any assistance to the location of your parcel in the event of a delayed or lost item. BREXIT UPDATE
Orders under £135GBP from EU countries will not incur additional EU VAT charges but may still be charged customs and duties.
Orders over £135GBP from EU countries will now incur import VAT (at your country's rate) and customs and duties prior to delivery / release from customs in your country.
Following the deal agreed between the UK and the EU, EU countries may now apply tariffs on goods manufactured in China.
Customs and duties are separate fees from EU VAT and may be charged on any international order (outside the UK) regardless of value.
Please note the customer is solely responsible for any and all importation/delivery taxes and/or charges due and/or requested. Failure to pay any fees due may result in the destruction of goods without refund. Any goods refused and returned will only be eligible for a refund of goods. No shipping or return shipping fees are refundable/covered by MYKITCO.™
ISRAEL UPDATE
As a community driven brand, ensuring your orders are delivered as safely and efficiently as possible is incredibly important to us here MYKITCO. Due to the current state of affairs in Israel - which is sadly ongoing - we have seen a record number of delayed parcels, some of which are not yet showing as having been received in Israel, even though they have reached the destination country due to the national post system delays. We will now be offering DHL shipping only, until further notice, so our community can receive their orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please note this incurs a High Risk premium from DHL, making shipping rates much higher than normal.
INTERNATIONAL TAXATION
Whilst the end price displayed includes any UK sales taxes that may be applicable to your order, please note the recipient is solely responsible for the payment of any European VAT, importation/customs taxes, and duties that the importing government may impose on your goods. Please check with your national government website should you have any questions or concerns over importation taxes and duties. As of July 1st, 2021, EU orders under £135GBP will include EU VAT. Orders over £135GBP will not include EU VAT. This will be collected in your country prior to customs release / final delivery. Should you reject the parcel for any reason, you will only be eligible for a refund of goods, less any return and original shipping fees (regardless of whether the shipment originally qualified for free shipping) plus any re-importation taxes/customs/duties. Please note this can often be as much as the original cost of shipment so is absolutely advised against.
TRACKING ADVICE
Where possible, we always provide an optional 'tracked' and/or 'tracked & signed' for service. Our advise is always to select the tracked & signed option to guarantee the safe delivery of your items and proof of delivery.
'Signed for' services may be affected by the current COVID-19 circumstances as not all courier companies are collecting signatures.

All Gift Cards will be delivered electronically to your email address. Please note that no physical card will be sent.

SHIPPING TO A THIRD PARTY SHIPPER / FORWARDER / FULFILMENT FACILITY, WAREHOUSE OR DISTRIBUTION CENTRE
Whilst we do accept orders with a delivery address to a third party shipment, forwarding or fulfilment provider, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to items we successfully deliver to that facility. Once delivered to the third party facility the order is classified as delivered. If that third party provider fails to forward, track or deliver to a further address, this is between the third party provider and the customer. For the avoidance of any doubt, shipping to a third party is done so entirely a the customer's risk. We will not refund or resend (at our expense) any order successfully delivered to a third party shipment warehouse or fulfilment centre.
REMOTE AREA
Regardless of whether 'free shipping' is provided at checkout, should your address be flagged by our postal service as being in a "Remote Area", there will be a surcharge to pay before your goods can be despatched. If this is the case, we will contact you via email prior to shipment. If you do not wish to pay this surcharge, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
OVERWEIGHT PARCEL PREMIUM
Regardless of whether 'free shipping' is provided at checkout, should your order exceed standard weight (or volumetric weight) there will be a premium shipping cost applied to the order. Please note this premium may vary from country to country.

Example: Where there is a UK Bank Holiday Monday, should you order 1st Class/Express Delivery between 1pm Friday and 1pm Tuesday, your order should be with you Wednesday. Should you order Standard Delivery from 1pm Friday - 1pm Tuesday, your order should be with you Thursday.
BUSINESS DAYS
Any reference to 'business days' is classed as Monday-Friday, excluding any public holiday (UK or Internationally recognised).
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
